Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to achieve specific goals and customer satisfaction. Veer Technologies has a centralized project office from where all projects are managed. Our project management methodology is based on the internationally recognized best practice methodology, Prince2. Using Prince2 provides us with greater control of resources, and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively. Prince2 emphasizes on dividing the project into manageable and controllable stages in order to achieve all project objectives and goals while honouring the preconceived constraints of scope, time and budget. The project management lifecycle Veer Technologies uses has five project management processes/ phases which consist of initiation, planning, execution, control & monitoring and closure.
